Kody Evans Lands in Top Five Friday at Atomic Speedway!

The KER team made their way to Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio on Friday evening, June 21 for a $5,000 to win unsanctioned event dubbed as 'The Night the Stars Come Out.' Kody Evans laid down the eleventh quickest lap overall during qualifying before placing third in his loaded heat race. The Camden, Ohio ace then moved forward during the 30-lap feature to eventually claim a solid fifth place effort behind only victor Freddie Carpenter, Steve Casebolt, Jason Jameson, and Jared Hawkins. Saturday's $5,000 to win tilt at Florence (KY) Speedway was then washed out early in the afternoon due to persistent rain showers. Evans Nabs First Victory of 2019 Last Night at Moler!!!

Camden, Ohio native Kody Evans celebrated in victory lane for the first time in 2019 on Friday evening, June 14 at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio! Kody led much of his heat race before finishing second in his prelim, which locked him into the inside of the second row for the start of the 25-lap Super Late Model main event. Kody then grabbed the top spot on the first circuit and led from flag-to-flag to pocket the $1,500 winner's check ahead of Chad Stapleton, Robbie Lewis, Austin Burns, and Joe Brewer. Tonight's weekly show at Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky was then washed out early in the day due to heavy rain showers across the area. Kody Evans Racing (KER) Competes in Dirt Late Model Dream

Kody Evans and the #4G team made their annual June trek to Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from June 6-8 to compete in the 25th Annual 'Dirt Late Model Dream,' which started with a pair of $10,000 to win Twin 25 preliminary programs. On Thursday evening at the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant, Kody ran tenth in his heat race and eighth in his B-Main, while he finished eighth in his heat race and sixth in his B-Main on Friday night. Unfortunately, Kody was unable to transfer into the 25-lap prelims and he also missed out on the 100-lap 'Dirt Late Model Dream' on Saturday, which paid a whopping $125,000 to winner Brandon Sheppard. Evans Ends Hectic Memorial Day Weekend with Moler Top Five!

Kody Evans and his #4G team competed in a trio of unsanctioned Super Late Model specials from May 23-27 in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. On Thursday night in the $3,000 to win 'Throwback 30' at Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio, Kody timed in second fastest overall during qualifying and finished third in his heat race, but ran into problems during the 30-lapper and wound up twentieth in the final finishing order. At Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday evening in a $5,000 to win program, Kody placed fifth in heat race action and once again was paid for a twentieth place performance in the 50-lap feature. In the $2,500 to win weekend finale at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio on Monday, Kody won his heat race prior to landing in the fifth finishing position behind only victor Duane Chamberlain, Chad Stapleton, Tyler Carpenter, and Steve Casebolt! Kody Evans Blasts to Runner-Up Performance at Florence!

Kody Evans Racing (KER) invaded Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky for a second straight Saturday night on May 18 for another weekly Super Late Model showdown. Kody Evans placed second in his heat race and later rolled off from the outside of the second row in the $1,200 to win feature event. During the course of the 30-lap contest, Kody blasted up to second to finish an impressive runner-up behind only victor Josh Rice! Evans Wins Heat at Florence; Scheduled to Sit on Pole Before Rains

Kody Evans and his #4G team dropped into the venerable Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday evening, May 11 for a weekly Super Late Model program. Kody scored a victory in his heat race and was scheduled to start the 30-lap feature event from the pole position. Unfortunately, the $1,200 to win contest was washed out due to rain and will not be rescheduled. Kody Evans Spends Extended Racing Weekend at FALS & MRP

In the midst of a rainy extended weekend, Kody Evans Racing (KER) was able to beat Mother Nature on two different occasions from May 4-6 to race in the states of Illinois and Ohio. On Saturday night at Fairbury American Legion Speedway in downtown Fairbury, Illinois, Kody Evans timed in seventh quickest overall during qualifying prior to running second in his stacked heat race. After starting the $2,500 to win main event from the inside of the fourth row, Kody was eventually paid for a seventeenth place showing at the pay window following thirty green flag laps. At Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio on Monday evening, Kody once again placed second in his heat race, but rough track conditions caused the Camden, Ohio driver to pull off the racing surface early in the $1,500 to win feature and he settled for a sixteenth place finish. Evans Survives First 100-Lapper to Bring Home Top Ten!

Kody Evans and his #4G team were back in the pit area at Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio on Sunday, April 28 for the rain-postponed 'Atomic 100.' The unsanctioned Super Late Model program drew a strong field of cars - all of which were vying for the $10,000 top prize. Kody steered his new Longhorn Chassis to the seventeenth quickest time overall during qualifying prior to grabbing the third transfer spot through his heat race. After starting the 100-lapper from the inside of the fifth row, Kody survived his first extra-distance affair and crossed underneath the checkers in the ninth finishing position. Kody Evans Debuts New Longhorn Chassis in Pair of Atomic Events

Kody Evans Racing (KER) invaded Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio twice from April 11-13 for a pair of shows in the Chillicothe area. On Thursday night in the rain-postponed 'Buckeye Spring 50,' which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Kody Evans drove his new Longhorn Chassis to a fifth place finish in his heat race and a second place effort in his B-Main before a broken driveshaft in the $12,000 to win headliner dropped him to twenty-fourth in the final finishing order. In a weekly showdown for the Super Late Models on Saturday evening at Atomic, Kody won his heat race to earn the pole position for the $2,000 to win main event prior to slipping back to fifth behind only victor Jackie Boggs, Tyler Carpenter, Delmas Conley, and Zach Dohm.
