Speedweeks Rolls on for
KER at Volusia in DIRTcar Nationals
(February
15, 2022) The second night of the 'DIRTcar Nationals' took
center stage at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida and
even though the program was paused for awhile due to rain showers,
the $7,000 to win DIRTcar Super Late Model show was still able to
get into the record books during the wee hours of the morning. Kody
Evans stopped the clock twenty-first quickest in Group B during
qualifying prior to running seventh in his heat race. He then chose
to scratch from his consolation event and was not able to advance
into the 30-lapper that was won by Ryan Gustin. The Kody Evans Racing
(KER) team then opted to leave the Daytona Beach area following
the race and their "Speedweeks 2022" journey is now complete.

in nineteenth quickest in Group B during the qualifying session

event that was eventually won by Ricky Thornton, Jr.

of "Speedweeks" for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Kody Evans laid down the twenty-eighth fastest lap in Group B during

for the 74 competitors racing with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt

enough to transfer the Camden, Ohio ace into the 50-lap main event
that was won once again by Brandon Sheppard.
(February 10, 2022) A stellar 75
car field was on hand tonight for the fourth night of the annual
'Winternationals' at the storied East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton,

unable to transfer Kody into the 40-lapper that was won by Brandon
Sheppard for the second straight evening.
(February 9, 2022) Following last
night's rain-out, the 46th edition of the 'Winternationals' at East
Bay Raceway Park continued tonight, as 70 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt

clock twenty-first quickest in Group B during the qualifying session
prior to placing eighth in his stacked heat race. After finishing
sixth in his B-Main, Kody was unfortunately forced to watch the
40-lap headliner that was ultimately won by Brandon Sheppard.
(February 8, 2022) Tonight's second
leg of the annual 'Winternationals' at East Bay Raceway Park has
been washed out due to persistent rain showers. The $5,000 to win
Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series program at the storied Gibsonton,
