Battles Back for Eleventh Place Finish in Spring 50
(March
17, 2024) The Kody Evans Racing (KER) team lifted the lid
to their 2024 campaign on Saturday, March 16 at Florence Speedway
in Union, Kentucky. The 48th edition of the 'Spring 50' was contested
yesterday at the King-family, 1/2-mile facility and a $10,000 top
prize was up for grabs. Kody Evans timed in eleventh quickest during
the qualifying session, but brake issues forced him to miss his
heat race. After grabbing the fifth transfer spot through his B-Main,
Kody rallied from the back of the 50-lap feature and was able to
pass twelve competitors on his way to a respectable eleventh place
showing. Complete results from the Northern Allstars Late Model
Dirt Series special can be accessed online by visiting www.florencespeedway.com.

Transfers into $12,000 World 100 Prelim at Eldora
(September
10, 2023) The #4G team looked to conquer the world from
September 7-9 in the 53rd edition of the famed 'World 100' at the
hallowed grounds of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, which wrapped
up their 2023 season. The three-day crown jewel spectacular started
with a pair of split-field, $12,000 to win preliminary programs.
In Thursday's opener, Kody Evans ran eighth in his heat race and
seventh in his B-Main, which unfortunately kept him out of his 25-lap
feature. At Eldora on Friday night in a similar show, Kody grabbed
the fifth transfer spot through his heat race and later wound up
twenty-second in the final finishing order of his 25-lapper.
When Saturday evening rolled around at the 1/2-mile,
high-banked Buckeye State speedplant, all eyes in the Dirt Late
Model industry were focused on who would emerge victorious in the
'World 100.' Kody finished ninth in his stacked heat race and later
chose to scratch from his B-Main. Unfortunately, the Camden, Ohio
ace was not able to start the $56,000 to win headliner that was
ultimately won by Hudson O'Neal. Complete results from each of the
three days of season-ending activity at Eldora Speedway can be found

from the outside of the eighth row. When the dust had settled at
the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant, Kody was paid for a twenty-first
place performance. Complete results from the 'Baltes Classic' can

(August
13, 2023) The 41st Annual 'North/South 100' was held from
August 10-12 at Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series once again sanctioned the entire weekend,
which kicked off with a pair of split-field, $5,000 to win programs.
On Thursday night in the lid lifter, Kody Evans placed seventh in
his heat race and sixth in his B-Main, which unfortunately kept
him out of his 25-lap main event. In Friday's similar show, Kody
grabbed the fifth transfer spot through his stacked heat race prior
to winding up twenty-second in the final rundown of his 25-lapper.
At Florence on Saturday, a whopping $75,000 winner's
check was up for grabs in the annual running of the 'North/South
100.' In front of a packed grandstand crowd, Kody ran ninth in his
stacked heat race and made the decision to forego his consolation
event. Unfortunately, the Camden, Ohio ace was not able to transfer
into the 100-lap headliner that was won by Bobby Pierce. Complete
